Frazer has extensive experience in the management and marketing of large scale master planned communities and mixed use projects including residential, commercial office and retail components.

Frazer holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria and Queensland. Frazer is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API), a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Real Estate Institute or Victoria (REIV).

Michael Simonds

Michael has been selling and leasing commercial properties in Melbourne for over 15 years. Starting his career as a property valuer he has a deep understanding of the both the economic and property requirements of both landlords, tenants, venders and purchasers. This knowledge allows him to get complex transactions completed using a clear and defined holistic strategy. Prior to joining Resolution Real Estate Michael worked for two of “Big Four” agencies where he honed his skills and built an extensive network. Understanding key requirements and servicing clients is crucial to Michaels success, treating every instruction like it was his own.

With over a decade of experience across Property and Finance and qualifications in both, Chris has highly developed skills in financial modelling, analysing property portfolio and acquisition opportunities, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

Chris has a strong financial acumen – modelling for business case feasibilities – analysing property portfolio and acquisition opportunities; as well as high-level ability in constructing new complex discounted cash flow models in Excel or Estate Master, with attention to detail that ensures accuracy of the modelling.

Through his enthusiasm for property, Chris has built on his strong work ethic and belief that the best way to operate in business is to have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of businesses or projects – which is his greatest strength.
